Christmas and new year time is coming and we continue to finalize current projects of 2021. This year was pretty much decisive for RD team and we can look straight in the future with optimism. Some new big projects are waiting to be published and a lot to be done in 2022.

We can finally start building the master model because the design phase is almost over. Let's start with the fuselage.
There were many ideas and suggestions for making a master model.
It is necessary to take into account many important criteria, ease of manufacture, weight - for ease of use. We stopped at the usual foam insulation from a regular hardware store.
The 3D model was divided into sections. Each part was made on a CNC milling machine and glued together.
It is also worth noting that a model plastic was also used, which has a hardness higher than foam. The edges and end contours of the fuselage are made from it for more accurate geometry.
